Policy on Nail Repair Services:

GEL MANICURE:

- We will provide complimentary repair Gel Manicure services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 5 days after your initial service date at our establishment.

- After 5-9 days from the initial service date at our establishment with a report/notice via phone or online booking, we still offer 50% off for repairs.

- We will not be responsible after 10 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.

SNS DIP POWDER:

- We will provide complimentary repair SNS dip powder services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 7 days after your initial service date at our establishment.

- After 7-11 days from the initial service date at our establishment with a report via phone or online booking, we still offer 50% off for repairs.

- We will not be responsible after 12 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.

REGULAR POLISH:

- We will provide complimentary repair regular polish services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 2 days after your initial service date at our establishment.

- We will not be responsible after 3 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.

*Please call or book online as soon as possible for any issues to schedule an appointment for repair.

*We will not guarantee the availability for repair with walk-ins. Please set up your appointment prior to ensure your service.

*We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.

*Please have your receipt ready to confirm the date of your services and the technician who provided the services.

General Kosmo Nail Bar Policy:

APPOINTMENTS:

As a gesture of courtesy, we strive to remind you of your appointment date and time. You can expect a call from us 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and you will also receive an email and text confirmation. To receive your full service, we kindly request that you arrive on time. If you happen to be running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or consider you as a walk-in, fitting you in any available slot. To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, we recommend rebooking your next appointment before leaving the salon.

NON-CANCELLATIONS or "NO-SHOWS":

If you fail to contact the salon and miss three consecutive appointments, you will not be able to schedule future appointments. However, you are welcome to visit us as a walk-in.

GIFT CARDS:

At Kosmo Nail Bar, our gift cards and certificates hold no cash value and cannot be used for gratuity. They are also non-refundable. Please keep your gift card safe as we are unable to replace it if it is lost, stolen, altered, or destroyed. When redeeming your gift card, please ensure that you present the confirmation number at the time of service.

PROMOTIONS:

Certificates, coupons, website specials, etc., cannot be combined with each other or used for previous purchases or services. Please present any certificates, coupons, vouchers, etc., before their expiration date. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen certificates or coupons. FORMS OF PAYMENT: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. Apple Pay is also available for your convenience.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

We want to remind you that Kosmo Nail Bar is not liable for any damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or broken belongings. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure their personal items are secure before and after receiving any salon services.

Kosmo Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
